Termobond Medical Fleece is a non-woven fabric which consists of three layers of 100% Polypropylene + 100 polyamide + 100% polyester, it is mainly used to make disposable face masks or filters for cotton masks.

Technological process:
Thermobonded non wovens are obtained by using the temperature and pressure of calendar rollers. The non woven fleece undergoes the calendaring process, i.e. simultaneous pressure + temperature. We obtain a product with very low thickness, good stackability and adequate strength.
